Namni biyya keenyaas ta’ee alagaan Oromiyaa keessa deemu bifa kanaan nageenyummaa isaa mirkaneessuu qaba. Qindeessitoonnifi qabsaa’onnis kana beektanii yeroo mallattoo akkanaa agartanitti imaltoonni nagayaa rakkoon akka irra hin geenye tiksuu qabdu. Ummata nagayaa tiksuun qulqullina qabsoo Oromoo tiksuufi injifannoo saffisiisuu waan ta’eef jabinaan hojitti hiikkamuu qaba.

ማሳሰቢያ- የኦሮምያን የኦሮሚያን መሬት ወስዳችሁ በመጠቀም ላይ ለምትገኙ ‘ኢንቬስተሮች’
ሰፋፊ ‘ኢንቬስትመንቶች’ በሚል ሽፋን ከመላው ኦሮምያ የተወሰዱ የኣርሶ ኣደሩ መሬቶችን ለማስመለስ ውሳኔ ላይ ተደርሷል። ኣርሶ ኣደሮቹም ባሁኑ ወቅት በኣብዛኞቹ የኦሮምያ ኣካባቢዎች የተነጠቁትን መሬት መልሰው በመቆጣጠርና በመከፋፈል ይህንን ውሳኔ ተግባራዊ ማድረግ ጀምረዋል። ተቃውሞ ሰልፈኞቹም ይህንን ለማሳካት በመሬቶቹ ላይ የተተከሉ ማናቸውም ኣይነት ግንባታዎችን ያፈርሳሉ።
ስለሆነም ‘ኢንቬስተሮቹ’ ከህዝብ በነጠቃችሁት መሬት ላይ የተከላችሁን ተንቀሳቃሽ ንብረት ባስቸኩዋይ ነቅላችሁ በመውሰድ መሬቱን እንደተረከባችሁ መልሳችሁ ለባለቤቶቹ እንድታስረክቡ እንመክራችሁሃለን። ተቃውሞ ሰልፈኞቹ ባለሃብቶቹንም ሆነ ሰራተኞቻቸውን የመጉዳት ኣላማ እንደሌላቸው ቃል ገብተዋል። የ ‘ግለሰቦችን ኣንነካም’ ቃላቸውን እስካሁን በጠበቁት መልኩ ወደፊትም እንደሚጠብቁት ኣናምናለን። በመሆኑም ‘ኢንቬስተሮቹ’ ይህንን ምክር በመጠቀም የበኩላቸውን ሚና እንዲጫወቱና በሰላማዊ መንገድ እየተካሄድ ባለው ኣብዮት ውስጥ ሊያጋጥም የሚችለውን የጉዳት መጠን እንዲቀንሱ እናስታውሳለን።
ለግንዝቤ ያህል- እነዚህ ‘ኢንቬስተሮች’ መሬታቸውን ከነጠቁኣቸው ኣርሶ ኣደሮች ጋር የፈፀሙት የስምምነት ውል የለም። እንዲሁም መሬቱ ፀረ ህገመንግስቱ በሆነው የመሬት ሊዝ ኣዋጅ ኣማካኝነት በ’ፌዴራል መንግስት’ ስለተሰጣቸው ከኦሮምያ መንግስት ጋርም የፈረሙት የስምምነት ውል የለም። ከ’ፌዴራል መንግስት’ ጋር የፈረሙት ውል ቢኖራቸውም መሬቶቹን ለተወሰኑት ኣመታት ከመጠቀም ባለፈ የባለቤትነት መብት ሊኖራቸው ኣይችልም። መንግስት በፈለገው ሰኣት መሬቱን ሊወስደው ይችላል። ተቀባይነት ያለው መንግስት ባለመኖሩ ህዝቡ ኣሁን በራሱ ተነስቱ ለጉዳዩ እልባት በመስጠት ላይ ይገኛል። ስለሆነም ‘የራስን መሬት ማስመለስና መከፋፈል’ ዘመቻው ህጋዊም ሆነ ሞራላዊ ተቀባይነት ያለው ነው !!
NOTICE to ‘investors’ who have taken land in Oromia
Decision have been made to reclaim land grabbed from farmers in the name of large ‘investment’ in all parts Oromia. Farmers have already implementing this decision by retaking and redistributing land in several provinces. Protesters do this after removing buildings and other structures. Therefore, investors who have taken land are strongly advised to take their moveable capital as soon as possible and leave the land as they found it. Protesters have promised that they will not harm owners or workers. They have kept this promise thus far, and we are confident they will remain committed to ‘no harm to individuals’ principle. It takes two to tango. Hence ‘investors’ should heed this advise and play their role to minimize damage during this peaceful revolution.
Note: these investors have no contractual agreement with farmers whose land they have been given. Neither do they have bounding contractual agreement with Oromia state since the land has been given to them by ‘federal government.” through the unconstitutional land lease proclamation. Moreover even that agreement they have with the federal government does not give the ‘investors’ right to ownership but right to use for limited years. The government can retake the land any time. Since there is no legitimate government, the people are now enforcing that clause. Hence the ‘reclaim and redistribute’ campaign is legitimate both morally and legally!!
